Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept All major credit cards and also Laser debit cards which are processed for us by Realex secure online payments. You can also choose to pay by Paypal secure online payments system. Please select either credit/laser card payment or Paypal when in the checkout page. In the event that an item is out of stock or unavailable we will contact you by phone or e-mail and you will be refunded any payments made for these items. You can also send us a cheque and we will courier the goods to you when the cheque is cleared.(normally three working days)
If you are unhappy with the goods you have received or do not want them you have seven days from receipt in which to return them to us once they are unused and in original packaging.You must pay for the postage to return such items.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you the goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
Shipping And Handling on all orders 20 kilo and below are free to uk and Ireland customers For the Rest of Europe Shipping will be charged at keenest possible rates and will be displayed in the checkout page. Orders to other areas will be agreed before dispatch by contacting us with your requirements and we will advise cost of shipping.
Delivery Schedule We will deliver your goods as soon as possible after receiving your order. All goods offered for sale on our website are in stock and ready to be shipped to you. Your goods will arrive with you within seven days (normally two days).
If a product becomes unavailable for some reason we will contact you and discuss an alternative if available or refund you if payment has already been taken.
Tax Charges VAT at UK rate of 17.5% will be added in the checkout page. Vat refund will be given for export customers with a valid VAT number

Returns Policy All goods carry twelve months warranty. Goods may be returned if found to be faulty within that time or damaged on delivery. You should check your parcel upon receipt and notify us immediately of any damage. The postage to return an item is your responsibility however we will return a replacement item postage free. In the case of electrical goods we may have to have them tested to ensure that they were connected properly before being replaced.
Remittance Terms All goods must be paid for when posted by either credit card, debit card or cheque.
