If your item needs to be returned customer service will send you a returns form to be included with shipment. Please ensure that the returns form is completed fully.You will then need to return it to us for a full refund.
The product has to be in a re-saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of any goods returned scratched or damaged. if you are returning an item, you must ensure that we receive it adequately packaged (similar to the way it was delivered to you), correctly addressed with correct postage.We recommend that you insure the return of the item. The customer must pay for return delivery costs, however this will be refunded if reason for return is no fault of customer. The customer must inform us of any returns within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Please check goods upon receipt and notify us of any problems as soon as possible.
